Red Light Therapy At Home
Red Light Therapy - Does it Really Work?
Red light therapy is the use of light in the red and near infrared light spectrum to create positive changes in your cells. Red light stimulates healing, relieves pain and reduces inflammation. So does it really work? And why haven't we learnt this before?

24 Red Light Therapy Benefits Explained
Muscle recovery, body sculpting, wound healing and brain health - Can light really influence such a diverse range of health benefits? It all boils down to the creation of energy in your cells. Find out how and which of these benefits relate to you.

Understanding the Power of Red Light Wavelengths
Red light wavelengths have the ideal physical properties for penetrating deep into human skin, connective tissue and muscle. But what gives red light this advantage? And why?
What The Research Says
Red light therapy increases energy levels & improves blood circulation
Red and near infrared light stimulate cell energy by producing ATP in the mitochondria of your cells. ATP or Adenosine Triphosphate is the principle molecule used for storing and transporting energy in cells.
This triggers the release of nitric oxide from the cell into your blood stream resulting in vasodilation, or the widening of blood vessels. In turn, blood pressure decreases and energy is increased with the flow of oxygen and nutrients through the bloodstream.
